- All contributions are voluntary donations made to support the Inter Parish Youth Meet 2026.
- Contributions are paid directly to the official committee bank account through UPI. The committee is not responsible for payments made to any other account.
- As a thank-you gesture, contributors receive a free Appreciation Coupon, sponsored by SYSMANTECH, which enters them into the Sponsor Gift Draw. The coupon is issued free of cost and is not a purchased entry.
- A coupon is issued only after the committee verifies the contribution. Each verified contribution earns one coupon. Contributors may contribute more than once.
- The Appreciation Gifts (1 Smartphone and 5 Earbuds) are provided by the sponsor and given as is. No cash alternative is offered.
- The draw will be conducted transparently on the announced date. Winners are selected at random. The committee's decision is final.
- Contributions are non-refundable, as they support event expenses.

- The committee may correct genuine errors or reject entries with invalid or unverifiable payment proof.
