What we collect: name, mobile number, ward/parish, house name, contribution amount, payment reference (UTR), and payment screenshot.
Why: to record your contribution, verify payment, issue your appreciation coupon, and contact you about the draw.
Who sees it: only authorised Youth Meet committee admins. Volunteers see only what they help register.
Sharing: we do not sell or share your data with outside parties. The sponsor (SYSMANTECH) receives only the winning coupon details needed to give the gift.
Storage: stored securely in the event system; access is password-protected.
Payment safety: we never ask for your UPI PIN, OTP, card number, or bank password. You pay from your own app.
Retention: data is kept until the event and audit are complete, then removed/archived.
Your rights: you can contact the committee to correct or remove your details.
